Program based on a 3 sessions a week all exercise delicately put together for maximum efficiency for optimal results on and off the field!
Price set at £199 a month
1-2-1 Coaching with me will be £35 an hour I am trained in weight lifting, football strengthening work, weight loss, weight gain etc I could go on forever! these sessions will be based on your goals and we will be recording your workouts and tracking progress via an app I use called MyPtHub so we can see what we need to work on and what you are doing well at!
